Some creative and light-hearted Invasive Weed Haiku, which will be incorporated into an upcoming Wildland Weeds article, published by the Florida Exotic Pest Plant Council – a fun way of dispersing our feelings about our least-loved weeds to kindred spirits on the east coast.
“Bullfrogs live in ponds and streams, they are meaner than they seems, bullfrogs are not very fond, of snakes, ducks, and native frogs. Bullfrogs are dull green or olive to brown, they also make a croaking sound and they can weigh up to one pound. My belly is yellow, and I am not a young fellow.”
